Chicago-based Hip Hop group, Dope Fantasy, have dropped the visuals for their single ‘Caskets’ via HipHopDX! This track comes from their forthcoming project, S.L.A.M (Sorta Like A Mixtape), slated for release this summer.

Dope Fantasy’s ‘Caskets’ is a fan favorite with over 31 thousand plays and counting on Soundcloud. The video release came with much anticipation. The visual was shot on the Eastside of Chicago and demonstrates what could occur when envious souls notice that you’re on the come up. The video features the three emcees of the Hip Hop fusion group, a white ski mask and an intriguing storyline.

Coming from the Southside of Chicago, Dope Fantasy offers something different from the often pigeonholed Chicago music scene.

they say of their sound. Inspired by L’s desire to fill a void in the Chicago music scene, the 4-man crew officially united in 2012. The band consists of emcees MC L’s, Carrera KOOL, Jay R Best By Far and singer, Ross Augusta.
