Soundcrash at The Royal Albert Hall featuring unmissable performances from some of the biggest and freshest acts around inc.: the immensely talented Submotion Orchestra, one of the world’s greatest hip hop groups The Pharcyde, the spectacular Hidden Orchestra, the spine-tingling Andreya Triana, and one of the freshest DJ talents in Henry Wu filling in the gaps.

Submotion Orchestra (With Andrew Ashong, Ruby Wood & More) – Renowned for staging some of the most exciting live shows around, Submotion Orchestra have always been destined to perform at such a world famous institute as The Royal Albert Hall. Creating some of the most interesting and exciting music in the UK, their blend of electronic bass music, entrancing vocals, ambient, jazz and dub is what makes them stand out from the rest.

The Pharcyde (Special and exclusive set from one of the world’s best Hip Hop bands) – Some of the best rhymes ever laid down, Dilla beats, some of the best collabs, The Pharcyde are perhaps one of the most prominent game changers in the history of Hip Hop. They’ll be flying in from LA for an exclusive set to celebrate Soundcrash at The Royal Albert Hall. Expect a set of classics from Bizarre Ride II, Labcabincalifornia and more.

Hidden Orchestra (Full live band/Premier of the new AV show/Extra orchestra players) – Known for their exciting and experimental live shows, we’re excited to present Hidden Orchestra playing a new very exclusive and special AV show. Lead by multi Edinburgh Based, talented musician Joe Acheson, Hidden Orchestra’s performances are known for their high energy, genre mixing qualities, they will fit the Albert Hall acoustics and stage perfectly!

With a reputation for stunning live shows alongside the variety of sounds and styles in their music makes Hidden Orchestra the perfect live act to see on such a special night.

Andreya Triana (Extended band/live soul set) – We are proud to welcome one of the country’s very special and distinctive singers, Andreya Triana to this unmissable line up. With a string sell out shows across Europe alongside collaborations with huge artists such as Flying Lotus and Bonobo, Andreya’s beautiful soulful is comparable to some of the all time greats. Releasing two forward thinking albums alongside many singles, this London based singer-songwriter is no doubt a strong voice in modern soul. Her rare performance at this special event is sure to be a mesmerising one.

Henry Wu (22a/EGLO/Rhythm Section Records) – Bringing his fresh beats and nu soul sound to the lineup, Henry Wu djing between performances will add excitement and freshness to the night. With releases on EGLO and Rhythm Section alongside a strong fan base including the likes of Gilles Peterson, Bonobo and Mary Anne Hobbs, we’re very excited to see him spin tunes in between shows with a variety of beats, house and soul and more!

Soundcrash – With a decade of some of the most game changing shows London has seen, Soundcrash embarks on it’s second decade with the purpose to create the most interesting, exciting and downright special shows in London town. Led by Rob Waller and his band of creatives, there is no prejudice between beats, bass, jazz, funk, disco, world, as long as it has soul. Exciting times ahead with their London shows, their super cool east London venue and their boutique festivals (Soundcrash Funk & Soul Weekender, Paradise Island, Soundwave Croatia), the next few years look set to be very exciting indeed!
