The legendary Onyx & M.O.P. are coming together to drop the hardest record in Hip Hop history produced by the infamous Snowgoons!

What defines rap music? For many it is blood, sweat, tears and dedication, but everybody agrees on rhyming, mcing and battling as the core synonym for Rap. Especially the rap battles always were and will be a driving force in Hip Hop and Rap music and strongly reflect the purest form of the art.

What if the hardest step into the arena against the hardest?
What if its done on a powerful soundscape by the hardest producers out there?
What if 2 legendary crews step in the ring for a battle of words?
What if there is an Onyx vs. M.O.P. album produced by the Snowgoons?

Since 1993, Queens, NY, craziest bald headed sons, Onyx, have had Slamboyz locked worldwide with ‘Slam’…

Hailing from Brownsville, Brooklyn M.O.P. mashes out with all Hip Hop fans to the hymn ‘Ante Up’ and leave them gasping for breath…

2011 and 2014 the Snowgoons proved that they are able to pull off full length albums with both legendary crews.

“To bring the hardest Hip Hop album ever to life, we need all of you fans to support. We need Hip Hop to support. We are taking no shortcuts, so we have to do it the right way: Ruff Rugged & Raw. That means we have to do it Independent”.

Risks and challenges:

“Executing the album is the easy part as this is what we do on a daily base.  The funding is where we need your support. We hearten every Rap fan to join the band wagon and make this happen.
We’re international. A project like this requires face to face meetings in order to create a unique, superb and outstanding album.  We have to independently cover studio time, video production, marketing, promotion, travel, pressing, artwork as well as mixing and mastering, which is truly the hard part for an album of this caliber”.

The release is estimated roughly for spring 2016 to drop, via Goon MuSick and Major Independent.

This project will only be funded if at least $30,000 is pledged by Mon, Dec 21st, 2015, 11:00 PM.
