With his #SmokersJacket series, Sandpeople emcee Goldini Bagwell has been releasing a free single every month for the entire year and his latest track – ‘Classicool Pt. II’ – marks the 12th and final installment.

Goldini goes out in style as he revisits a classic solo cut from a rare 2009 Sandpeople release, flipping the concept he used then to describe his outlook today. He reflects on a busy 2015, touching on the music he released, the tours he embarked on, the women he met on Tinder, and more.

For production, Goldini enlists Wool See – an experimental Hip Hop/pop outfit led by IAME who recently wrapped up a year-long series of their own. With additional vocals by fellow Sandpeople IAME & Illmaculate, ‘Classicool Pt. II’ is a family affair and celebratory close to the year.
