‘Prince of Grime’, Tinchy Stryder releases ‘Leg Day’ featuring D Double E, which will be premiered on Charlie’s Sloth’s prime time 1Xtra show today.‎

The second track to be lifted from his forthcoming, fourth studio album ‘The Cloud 9 LP / 360º’, ‘Leg Day’ follows the release of Tinchy’s ‘Allow Me’ featuring JME and his GRM Daily Duppy and SBTV ‘Shut The Front Door’ freestyles. Produced by Tinchy’s childhood friend, Rapid from Ruff Sqwad ‘Leg Day’ features fellow East London grime legend D Double E.

“Me and D Double clocked we’d never made a tune together before which is a bit mad considering how long we’ve been doing this.” says Tinchy of the track. “We got in the studio and just had fun with it. Rapid came with the maddest beat. You have to stay fit to maintain in this game & we’ve both been running in it for 10yrs plus!!”

The video for ‘Leg Day’ is directed by upcoming South London duo, Dman and Capes, who have been hand-picked by Tinchy to creatively direct all the videos from his forthcoming album. You can watch it HERE.

Due for the release on 29th April, ‘360º / The Cloud 9 LP‘ stars a slew of big name collaborators, featuring guest appearances from the likes of Jme, D Double E and Giggs, and production from Davinche, Rapid, Dirty Danger, Sir Spyro, Show’N’Prove, Pinky & The Brain and Rymez.
