East London rapper Dutch and South London emcee Desperado recently dropped the video to their track SAY NARDA, featuring singer Karmah Cruz
Quickly establishing itself online as an underground anthem, Dutch, Desperado, and Karmah Cruz are racking up the views on the video for ‘Say Narda’. With Karmah and Dutch on the hook and Dutch laying down a tough first verse, Desperado comes on board to complete the collaborative giant.
The record is the second recent outing from Desperado as he lines his sights up for 2018. Having had a vivacious career to date, the South London emcee is targeting a release early in the year for his ‘Phase 2’ mixtape. The previous volume of the tape birthed some of Desperado’s biggest solo smashes including ‘Kawasaki’ featuring Corleone and Skrapz, and featured records with artists such as SafOne, Pakman and his fellow OGz, P Money and Blacks.
Previously Desperado has run the grime gauntlet, proving his determination and skill as a mic controller in the true sense of the word. Appearing on both Lord of the Mics and Risky Roads, his talent has been categorically tested through on the spot freetyles and clashes, and he has always come out on top. Both as a solo artist and together with his fellow OG’z, his notoriety as a wheel up emcee and crowd pleaser has also awarded him spots on some of the biggest grime stages including Eskimo Dance, The Den and Fabric and his catalogue of music includes features with Krept and Konan, Skepta, Asher D, Timbo STP and most recently Dutch rapper, Kalibwoy – Badness.
With preparation in full effect and the music leading in to Phase 2 sounding like fire, 2018 is looking like a good year already for Desperado.
