Hertfordshire based Kalada Bring a Brazilian Twist to UK Grime with BUSSA MOVE, to support the release, he is offering a cash prize to the person with the best moves to the track

Kalada is the latest Hip Hop act to emerge from the UK but brings with him a range of influences from dancehall to Brazilian beats, together combining to make an irresistible and infectious dance track with an edge that is Kalada’s trademark.

Born in North West London and now based in Hertfordshire, Kalada is using his music to spread positive emotions, whilst still incorporating the UK Hip Hop and Grime sound. With his family originating in Nigeria, there are also Afrobeat sounds to be found in the track, though it’s the Brazilian beats that put this is a category all of its own.

Though he aims to speak for those of his generation who can’t speak for themselves, Kalada’s music is upbeat, fresh and vibrant – the sound of a carnival at any time of year.
