Flint, Michigan emcee Vice Carter recently dropped his first offering of 2018, the self-produced track titled, DON’T STOP
In the past two years, 25-year-old Flint, Michigan rapper Vice Carter went from standing on street corners and passing out limited edition mixtapes, like 2016’s ‘Art of Wu’, to receiving industry co-signs from the likes of Jon Connor, and The D.O.C. This year, he returns with ‘Don’t Stop’.
A self-produced banger that samples Empire of The Suns ‘Walking On A Dream’ while informing the industry,
“Greatness is Coming”.
Vice sounds focused for the crown while rapping replay worthy bars like,
“Came a long way from MySpace and Datpiff/And that was back when my first s*** I did was good friends with trash bins/But now I’m bumping that same s*** in black Benz the top is absent like me in class b****, I’m mic recording/comes to this I am Michael Jordan/stay up out my lane, this is not a game/I’m MJ moonwalkin’ in the Purple Rain!”
This serves as the 1st single of his upcoming project ‘Vice City’ that is set to be released on June 1st! Is the water crisis really making Flint’s reputation bad? Or is it making Hip Hops next big superstar? Listen now & let’s find out June 1st!
