Middlesbrough, UK based artist Leddie MC releases her second full-length album, RAISE A GLASS, through Elegantly Ugly Records, collaborating with Alex Bailey

‘Raise A Glass’ is a visceral journey into a life and the town and people that have shaped it as Leddie MC converses on marriage, mental health, weight loss, financial status, local pride, social circle and frustrations with the UK government.

The rapper has also performed tracks from ‘Raise A Glass’ at Music Box in Darlington, Newcastle’s Evolution Emerging and Stockton Calling during 2018’s festival season.

‘Raise A Glass’ has already earned early support from BBC 6 Music and BBC Introducing and Leddie has received local airplay and support from the likes of Bob Fisher at BBC Tees and Spark Sunderland.

‘Raise A Glass’ is a collaboration with Alex Bailey who Leddie has worked with several times in the past with 2015’s ‘Home In My Head’ EP produced entirely by the producer-engineer-guitarist. The pair also worked together with Alex Bailey co-producing Leddie MC’s debut album ‘A Piece Of Cake’ in addition to engineering duties on most of Leddie’s releases.
