Join DUTTY DISCO as they Celebrate 30 Years of DE LA SOUL, at Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen, London, on the 02nd of March
In March 1989 De La Soul changed the sound of Hip Hop forever with the release of their seminal debut album ‘3 Feet High and Rising’. DUTTY DISCO mark 30 years of one of the world’s most influential Hip Hop groups with this special party celebrating that De La Soul sound.
Special guest DJ Chris Read will be spinning a two-hour set dedicated to these New York legends exploring not only their nine studio albums but the samples they used to build them.
He joins residents DJ Blakey, Teddy Lewis and Emma Gower across two rooms spinning everything from Disco to Dancehall through Hip Hop and everything in between.
