He was only 10 years old when the man now known across the globe as The Magnificent DJ Jazzy Jeff first started Djing block parties. Since then he has rocked in every country with a set of turntables and firmly established himself as the most exciting DJ on the planet.
Jazzy Jeff is undeniably the world’s greatest and this event will show you why. It’s no wonder when you look at his career. It’s been over 40 years since his rise to fame alongside Will Smith as DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince, winning the first ever Rap Grammy Award and achieving several Gold and Platinum-selling records. He has gone on to produce records for everyone from Slum Village and The Roots to Mac Miller and Bart Simpson, always sprinkling them with his ‘Touch of Jazz’ but it is still in the club that this man truly comes alive.
With support from a dream team of turntable talent including the first back to back set by Shortee Blitz & Mr Thing in 8 years, this is going to be a night to remember for all music lovers.
