Maryland based recording artist/youtuber Mor debuts his new music video/track IN MY EYES, reminiscing on his upbringing in the Foster Care system
The ‘In My Eyes’ video boasts a cameo from his very own Grandfather, and aside from lines in the song such as
“I’m raising eyebrows and raising the youth”,
it raises concern about the tumultuous cycle that black men experience in America and all over the globe. Within the hook of the song are the lines,
“Look me straight up in the eye tell me I ain’t seen pain”.
Despite two different walks of life and two very separate generations you’ll come to find out BOTH Mor & Louis have experienced very close similarities.
Lastly, the video will display the slogan,
“Not All Black Heroes Play Ball Or Rap”.
As being available and instilling the younger generation with dignity, pride, and awareness of self should be enough to get the label of a HERO.
“This is more than a song or music video, this is past and present generations coming full circle in a way to influence, motivate, and inform the masses”.
