London, UK based emcee Poundz drops his debut mixtape NO SMOKE WITHOUT FIRE, accompanied by the visual to his track CHOCOLATE DARLING, featuring BackRoadGee & iLL BLU

Sensationally marking the release of his debut mixtape ‘No Smoke Without Fire’, Poundz collaborates with BackRoad Gee for the lead single ‘Chocolate Darling’.

As two of the British Black Music scene’s flag flyers, Poundz and Backroad Gee are at the forefront of visionary emcee styles with each applying unmatched authenticity to their music. Coming together for ‘Chocolate Darling’ with spitfire bars and high-octane vibes, it is the combination of their skill alongside their unmistakable and unpredictable delivery styles that makes this record a mixtape highlight.

Produced by Ill Blu (Headie One, MoStack, IAMDDB) with an energetic video shot by MOBO Award-winning director Kevin Hudson (NSG, D-Block Europe, Ivorian Doll), the chemistry between the pair on their first collaboration is electric as they perform to camera amidst an array of strong dark-skinned female models in a series of indulgent chocolate-themed scenes.

Leading the 7-track mixtape, ‘Chocolate Darling’ is the 4th video to of been released from the tracklist, which also houses the remix of Poundz’ silver selling, official top 40 record ‘Opp Thot’, featuring Ambush, Snap Capone, and Yxng Bane, monster 2020 single ‘Tik Tok’ and the recently released ‘Get Rich N Get Paid’.
