A flavoursome mix of UK Rap & Afrobeats for an end-of-summer tantalising sizzler. Lucas comes through with bars about a romance having trivial times and breaking a cycle of arguments and drama, with LYCO providing silky, smooth Afrobeats-laced vocals that lead the track into a more upbeat direction for the relationship.

The visuals match the relaxed, melodic vibes of the track with the two surrounded by beautiful women, vibing at a casino and chilling and eating with good food with their boys.

About LYCO: LYCO is a multi-genre singer-songwriter hailing from Birmingham, United Kingdom. Being Nigerian born LYCO has been able to concoct beautiful new dramatic flavours into the Afrobeat universe. He has written for the likes of Steff London, Ivorian Doll, and Birmingham’s own Lotto Boyzz.

About Lucas aka Lotto Boyzz: At first glance, the ascent of Birmingham’s Lotto Boyzz appears meteoric. In September 2016 the vocal duo Ash (21) and Lucas (22) released Hitlist; a summery fusion of sweet RnB harmonies, hot Afrobeats rhythm, and bass-heavy dancehall swagger, Hitlist effortlessly reflected the current fusion sound of Britain, establishing Lotto Boyzz as hotly tipped new artists in the UKs exploding afrobashment scene. Before Hitlist had a chance to settle, they followed up with two more self-released singles, Bad Gyal and No Don, honing their sound to a slick mix of earworm vocal hooks and irresistible dance floor energy. Drawing on Afrobeats, Rap, Bashment, and Gospel, they had created a sound that was both familiar, yet unmistakably their own creation, bursting onto the scene with three massive songs in the space of half a year, notching up millions of YouTube views along the way.

This led us to embrace the embryonic afro bashment sound being produced by the UK scene now.l They switched up from being Ash & Lucas, became Lotto Boyzz (Lotto standing for Last Of The Trill Ones), and created a new name for their sound; Afrobean, a word that highlights how they mix Afrobeats with their own Caribbean roots.
