“The idea to write a song for my daughter has been on my mind for a while but didn’t have the right beat. Until I heard Micall Parknsun’s instrumental through his SoundCloud page. The same day he sent me the beat, I wrote the lyrics and recorded it. ‘Your Song’ was done about an hour after I got the beat. It was one of those moments”.
