Wolverhampton, UK-based Rap veteran LATE is back with his new FIVE WINDOWS EP, produced entirely by long-time collaborator TRICKSTA

LATE returns with ‘Five Windows’, a bold and introspective five-track EP produced entirely by renowned beatmaker TRICKSTA. Known for his gritty realism and no-frills lyricism, LATE once again proves why he remains a vital voice in UK Hip Hop, delivering a project that’s both personal and universally resonant. Each track on Five Windows serves as a different perspective, a ‘Window’ into a specific mindset, emotion, or moment.

The EP opens with ‘Generate Heat’, a powerful statement of intent. Over a pounding, cinematic beat, LATE sets the tone with fiery bars, reminding listeners he’s still burning with hunger and purpose.

‘High on Life’ shifts the energy with a more uplifting bounce, a track that celebrates perseverance, gratitude, and staying grounded despite the odds. It’s a moment of light in the midst of the EP’s raw honesty.

‘No Compassion’ brings the EP’s darkest and most uncompromising moment, a cold, street-smart reflection on loyalty, betrayal, and the hard lessons that come with staying real in a fake world.

Closing the project is ‘Chasing Everyone’s Dream’, a deeply personal and reflective track that questions society’s expectations, the music industry’s illusions, and the pressure to conform. It’s LATE at his most vulnerable, but also his most powerful.
