Priyank Shah, the Gujarat-born, London-based producer and mix engineer, is igniting dance floors with his latest single, JEALOUS

This dance-pop and EDM song, which features Shah’s trademark edge and careful production, is a brilliant fusion of nostalgic 80s and 90s synth-pop and contemporary energy.

‘Jealous’ takes listeners on a trip through the complicated emotion of jealousy, which is a pervasive blend of sensitivity, passion, and intensity. It’s a track for late nights, for finding a release in that intensity”.

From composition to final master, Shah worked alone on ‘Jealous’, which was created entirely in his private studio in London. Shah’s education at Point Blank Music School helped him refine the production technique, which involved a purposeful layering of ambient guitars and hypnotic synth lines. The song’s retro-futuristic style is influenced by noir movies from the 1980s and 1990s. Shah envisioned a warm-to-mid-cool tone with recurring 2D animations.
