With the track making tons of noise across radio waves and the blogosphere alike, it is only right the 20 year old multifaceted R&B singer, dancer and actor Kieran Alleyne drops the visuals for his latest banger ‘Be Around’ produced by DJ Mustard.
The video, premiered by VIBE Magazine and directed by Erik White (Chris Brown, Kelly Rowland, Christina Aguilera) sees the young crooner take over an abandoned warehouse, turning the lair into a feel good party with his friends. Drafting in choreography by RnD Creatives (Rita Ora, Jeremih, Aluna George) Kieran shows off his impressive smooth dance skills proving just why the multi-talented artist has been named a ‘one to watch’ for 2015.
The visuals for “Be Around” follows the songs first play on MistaJam’s BBC Radio 1Xtra ahead of Complex UK premiering the full audio.
“He’s a new artist who is going to be a BIG star and a triple threat who can dance, sing and act. I can’t wait to hear more from him.” – MistaJam BBC Radio 1 & 1Xtra
Nottingham-born / Leicester-raised Alleyne has quickly defined himself as a one to keep an eye on and with debut single ‘Running Low’ introducing him to the music scene with remixes from Play Dirty’s Yungen, followed by ‘Comfortable’ with remixes from Bonkaz and Paigey Cakey, it’s clear to see it’s not only the industry who are taken to his undeniable musical talent.
Over the past year Alleyne has worked closely with DJ Mustard, (Chris Brown, Big Sean & Krept & Konan) and recorded an extraordinary body of work with the ‘Breaking Good’ EP.
The EP not only introduces you to his personality but is also one to entertain the masses from the club dance floors right through to your radio. The EP features ‘Runnin Low’ and ‘O.M.C’, a smoothed-out record for the streets, which uses the melody and the chorus from the classic Notorious B.I.G Hip Hop anthem ‘One More Chance’.
