After selling out Bethnal Green Working Men’s Club the Mancunian Hip Hop collective bring their eclectic synthesis of beats and bars to intimate Dalston hotspot Birthdays on Thursday 23rd June.
The 9 piece group’s high energy fusion of Hip Hop, soul, jazz, funk and reggae layered with some of the finest bars from insanely talented MC’s has taken the group from Manchester to some of the biggest stages in the world playing with the likes of The Cinematic Orchestra, Youngsta, Souls of Mischief, Speech Debelle, The Herbaliser and Craig Charles.
Mouse Outfit’s lineup of instrumentalists, producers and emcees is only on the rise… Their critically acclaimed debut album ‘Escape Music’ won UK hip hop album of the year 2013 (Wordplay Magazine) and was ranked in ABC News’ top 50 albums of 2013. They’ve then gone on to sell out Village Underground, gone on several tours, played headline slots at major International Festivals, and released their 2nd album ‘Step Steadier’ earlier this year to even more plaudits.
