‘Breakdown’ is a the new single from the EP, a reggae dub influenced track which shows off D-Kel’s flow, leading to somewhat of a hard hitting drum and bass break.
Speaking on the track and the process of it’s creation D-Kel said, “Breakdown was originally Geo Gabriel’s track which was featured on InSynthasesia’s album, I went to outlook festival in Croatia, which is heavily influenced by bass music, reggae, dub etc. so when I came back and heard the track I thought I could flip and make it even better and fresh from a festival I was in the perfect mood to make a track like this, my EP has quite abit of Reggae/Ska/Dub influence, but I wanted this track to really be more of a dance record, so it all came to together pretty easy!”
