JMC ft. Scorcher – Snap The Whole Night Remix (Music Video/GRM Daily)

As party season quickly approaches, JMC and Scorcher have joined forces to deliver a club ready remix of ‘Snap The Whole Night’. Already championed by Charlie Sloth at BBC 1Xtra, the remix sees both emcees on top form and promises to cause a stir on dance floors worldwide across the holiday season.

A slick and sexy official music video, inspired by the late night UK party scene accompanies the banger and is the perfect visual representation of Snapchat culture and the ethos behind the song. Snapchat have endorsed the track by announcing an official #SnapTheWholeNight filter to coincide with the release. Other partners of the video include Blood Brothers clothing label.

Hackney emcee JMC has a knack of using current cultural references in his music, ‘Snap The Whole Night’ continues this trend, typified by the World Cup inspired single ‘Sturridge Dance’ which enjoyed viral success in 2014 after being signed to Island Records within weeks of its release. Following the success of ‘Sturridge Dance’ was a more mainstream ‘Wonderland‘ and road anthem ‘Everyday‘, both produced by long time collaborator Thane Beats (who also produced ‘Snap The Whole Night’). ‘Everyday’ went on to be track of the week on BBC 1Xtra earlier this year and all 3 previous tracks garnered support from across the UK music scene including other platforms such as Channel AKA, Record Of The Day, GRM Daily, Complex, Wonderland, SBTV, Link Up TV and much more.
