Australian producers J-Trick & Autokraft Unleash their new track HOUSE OF GRIME, featuring Sydney based, UK born emcee Bigredcap, via Los Angeles’ Dim Mak Records
Australian producers J-Trick and Autokraft link up with Brighton-born lyricist Bigredcap for a spirited grime meets bass house single ‘House of Grime‘. Taking it straight to underground dance-floors, the track is driven by rapid rhymes spit over a heavy bass-line and shuffling 4×4 beat.
One of Australia’s hottest dance artists, Club Cartel Records label owner J-Trick broke out onto the scene in 2013 via his single ‘Jumanji‘. The collaboration with Taco Cat featuring Feral Is Kinky dominated Australia’s ARIA chart at #1 and showcased his creative fusion of big room, electro, moombahton and bouncy Dutch stabs. Immediately following, J-Trick joined forces with Deorro on ‘Rambo’, which eclipsed the Beatport overall charts at #1. Catching wind of the song, Hardwell offered up his interpretation, catapulting the track to astronomical heights as it has racked up over 18.6M on-demand streams to date. Leading up to ‘House Of Grime’, J-Trick has released several hits this year including ‘Ping‘, alongside D.O.D. through Afrojack’s Wall Recordings, and a Tom Budin collaboration ‘Heard Right‘ via Don Diablo’s Hexagon imprint, amassing 180K and 151K plays respectively.
One of Melbourne’s most promising new talents, Autokraft was a renowned ghost producer before rising from the shadows with his debut flip of Kendrick Lamar and Skrillex’s ‘Humble’, produced alongside long-time friend J-Trick. Skillfully blending house music with nods towards UK Garage, Grime, Fidget, and Hip Hop, Autokraft’s sound is ever-evolving.
With a rapping style reminiscent of Dizzee Rascal, Bigredcap continues to turn heads with his slick lyrical assault. Residing in Sydney, Australia via Brighton, UK, the talented MC is holding his own in the underground Hip Hop scene down under, where he has opened for some of the biggest names in the business including Common, Talib Kweli, Tyga, and Large Professor. 2017 saw him release a pair of EPs, ‘Strictly for My 90’s Kids’ and ‘Daywalker’.
