London based producer duo WOLVES drop their debut track DIFFERENT featuring Brooklyn, New York rapper Young God

WOLVES are creating new material day by day in South London, combining a mix of deep samples and their own composition to sculpt forward-thinking and unique tracks. They are in touch with rappers across the world looking to be involved in their project, after listening to Young God’s previous work they selected him to be a part of their debut track.

With a fresh take on bass music, the pair fuse together elements of Hip Hop, Witch House, Synth Pop, Drill, Grime, and Trap. They draw influence from such artists as Thom Yorke, Madlib, Muse, Wiley, Smerz, Foals, DJ Seinfeld.

‘Different’ was originally birthed as ‘Friend To Friend’ – the reference being to both members of WOLVES using various equipment and styles, molding them together and passing tracks to each other to listen to. Once Young God put his Brooklyn vocal over the track, this has joined two different sections of the world to unify on an entirely different sound to what the UK has heard before from a breakout artist.

The track and upcoming releases have been sent to major record labels and discussions are underway for future formal releases, along with features in publications.
