St. Louis, Missouri-based artist Akeishein’s latest song, appropriately titled ‘F E E L S,’ is a musical tale of modern love and what it’s like when you’re enchanted and all in your feelings for another person. Set over a smooth and bouncy beat, Akeishein instantly delivers a warm and comfortable ambiance perfect for the song’s message on the endearing chorus, before showcasing her lyrical dexterity and depth on the verses.

Aspiring singer and rapper Akeishein always knew she was destined to travel the world and share her gifts. Born Akeishein Wells in Inglewood, California and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, she picked up her musical talents and inclinations from her mother who was a spoken word performer and poet.

By the time she was 10 years old, she was moving again, this time to Atlanta. Her constant movement and interactions with so many different cities instilled an appreciation for a variety of cultures in her. That versatility was further honed by her move to Okinawa, Japan for her high school years, where she was an honor roll student. There, she explored her creativity in a number of activities like drama class, the school band and much more.

She’s rocked a number of monikers throughout her career (Keke B and Keke Bubbles), a nod to her expansive international influences and chameleon-like ability to adapt her styles. Her talent has earned her a multitude of accolades, including opening up for major label artists and performing stages in Japan and across the world.

Now armed with more than a decade of experience in the industry and the surefire new single, ‘F E E L S,’ Akeishein is ready to start the next chapter of her career with her upcoming new project, ‘Dissect Me.’
