North London based emcee Little Simz returns with the visual to her recent release OFFENCE, directed by Charlie Di Placido

Little Simz releases the visual for her brand new track ‘Offence’ which was premiered last month as Zane Lowe’s World Record on Beats 1. Recently, Little Simz also treated fans to another new track entitled ‘Boss’ which made its debut on HBO’s ‘Insecure’. In harmony with the song’s powerful energy, Little Simz asserts her reign as she performs surrounded by dancers, turning the video into a true spectacle. The visual further establishes Little Simz as a multi-faceted artist, who balances effortlessly between the world of music, fashion and art.

“I’m happy to finally share my new video with you all. I enjoyed trying something new as this is the first time I’d worked with dancers for a video. They brought so much life and energy to it. Directed by Charlie Di Placido & Josh Lloyd Watson (Jungle) I present you, Offence,” says Little Simz.

“Having been Little Simz fans from the get go, we’ve always wanted to collaborate on a music video with her. We loved the track when we heard it and couldn’t wait to bring our distinctive dance style to the visual”, says director Charlie Di Placido, “We have been work shopping a lot this year with our choreographer Nat Zangi and a group of very talented young dancers through AMCK Dance. We had a lot of fun with Simbi casting from that pool of dancers and the combined passion of everyone involved has shone through, resulting in something we are immensely proud of. There’s also a dancer’s edit on the way as well so look out for that too”.
