The Doctor’s Orders take over both floors of this brilliant party pub fill it with some of the finest DJs the UK has to offer headlined by none other than the original Funki Dread Jazzie B. As the powerhouse behind Soul II Soul he took sound system culture to the charts and continues to wow audiences today with his simple philosophy of,
“A happy face, a thumping bass for a loving race”.
He is joined downstairs by two of The Doctor’s Orders best-loved DJ’s in the shape of Chris Read and Ralph 90. While both cut their teeth as Hip-Hop DJs they now are both just as skilled filling the dance-floor with anything from classic Boom Bap to string-laden disco and from Latin rhythms to dirty funk so expect the unexpected.
Upstairs the brilliant 4 To The Floor crew who have been tearing up the London house scene with their intimate parties with big-name guests joins us. The night it is about the resident crew in the shape of DJ Soulprovyder, Kengo, Jay Carder & Rickyboom.
