Manchester, UK based recording artist Lady Ice recently dropped the visual to her latest track THE WAY THINGS GO, featuring London based emcee Tiny Boost

Lady Ice is continuing her journey with her next powerful single ‘The Way Things Go’, lifted from her upcoming project. The artist from Manchester has been creating waves since she was 16 and this project is here to certify her position.

Linking up with Peckham’s Tiny Boost, a rapper most recently appearing on Giggs’ latest project, he supplies us with a hard feature on the single. Having already received singles off of the project, including ‘No More Secrets’ and ‘No Silence’ which have accumulated thousands of views across Link Up TV and GRM Daily, showing off her gifted, heartfelt story-telling skills and extraordinary lyricism.

“I was feeling Boost artistically and liked his natural and authentic vibe. I wanted to make something real and raw as I feel like this is the mode I’m currently in, and I’m on a therapeutic journey of telling my truth through the art of music, with hopes to help others and connect to people like me”.

The feature opens the mellow but melodic Hip Hop beat, soon to be followed by the memorable chorus from Lady Ice. Her unique flow with incredibly deep and personal issues continues throughout her verse. She expresses anecdotes on her father and the hardships of growing up in Old Trafford, Manchester.

“Young, Gifted and Black”,

and she is not wrong. Ice also leaves us with a powerful message from the track, something she is known for.

First gaining recognition after the BBC series ‘Rap Game UK’ where she pioneered as the first female artist on the show. Alongside judges Krept & Konan she really expanded her identity.

With support throughout her career on the national airwaves including Annie Mac (BBC Radio 1), Toddla T, and DJ Target (1xtra) just to name a few. Lady Ice has been able to stay active this year, performing on a Notting Hill Carnival live stream with Mist and Popcaan. This project will showcase Lady Ice’s expressive, unique, and versatile music.
