Skanks the Rap Martyr aka the Flowfessional.

Where are you from?

Nostrand ave and Dark place crown Heights Brooklyn aka Crime Heights.

How long have you been making music?

Almost all my life since I was 11 years old

Let’s speak about the current scene in Brooklyn.

The current scene in Brooklyn is crazy young dudes spinning the block shooting each other left and right every day as far as Hip Hop go I feel it’s in good hands we got artists like Bankai Fam, Ruste Juxx, Rim, Eddie Kane, Rome Streets & more so the future for BK Hip Hop is bright.

What and who inspires you when making music?

Everyday life and current events mostly inspire me but I am inspired by the legends who paved the way for what I do.

Give us some info on the ‘Bulletproof Confidence’ EP?

‘Bulletproof Confidence’ is an EP I put out half produced by U.G. of the Cella Dwellas & Nick Wiz with one bonus track produced by Ran Reed. It features the banger ‘Linguistics’ produced by Nick Wiz & ‘Make it Hot’ produced by U.G with features from Shabaam Sahdeeq, Daddie Notch, Makeba Mooncycle, U.G. & more…

Can you tell us about your recent album release also?

I dropped an album ‘M.O.S.T’ (Minister of Severe Torture) it featured Ruste Juxx, Ren Thomas, A-F-R-O & more dope artists.

Plans for 2022?

We starting this year off with Another Crown Heights Riot presented by yours truly and Ruste Juxx featuring some of Crown Heights dopest spitters.

What do you do when you don´t make music?

Spend time with my kids and family Travel the world and enjoy life.
