Tottenham raised, Essex-based recording artist Jordy drops his highly anticipated six-track KMT EP, accompanied by the visualiser to the track FORTY ACRES, featuring Wretch 32

The ‘KMT‘ EP continues on from last year’s acclaimed debut EP, ‘SMH’, and tackles themes of disloyalty and clout culture. The first singles from the EP, ‘ENEMIES’ and ‘PEAK!’ have been widely supported and cemented his respected status within the scene with the help of OJ and Buyeza on writing and executive producer duties. Spanning just under twenty minutes, Jordy has recruited UK Rap heavyweight and North London native, Wretch 32 on lead single ‘FORTY ACRES’ as well as fellow North London rapper and blood cousin, Elt Cheekz on both ‘BUCK ME’ and ‘SPECIAL’.

On the visualiser for ‘FORTY ACRES’, we see both artists verbally sparring, showcasing why they are two of UK Raps’ finest talents, the single is a statement track that will resonate far and wide. Speaking on the project Jordy said,

“’KMT’ is a rap-heavy continuation of ‘SMH’, where it turns darker and more aggressive”.

Over the years Jordy has become one of the most admired voices within the thriving UK Rap scene and owns the title of every ‘Rapper’s, Rapper’. 2021 was a big year for the artist who dropped his critically acclaimed ‘SMH’ project and was dubbed ‘one to watch for 22’ from Complex, HYPEBEAST, and Wonderland whilst also selling out his headline show at Werkhaus.
