Clapton, East London-based emcee Rimzee releases the visual for his latest track 5AM IN CLAPTON, featuring Frogzy and Raph Racks

Directed by Blackbeard Visuals the ‘5am In Clapton’ video sees Rimzee retreat from the limelight and reflect on his journey by taking it back to the streets of East London. The video includes appearances from his close-knit group of friends and showcases the three artists, as they reflect on the journey. Following in the footsteps of his seminal Rap album ‘Upper Clapton Dreams’, ‘Cold Feet’ is designed to make an impact and stand the test of time with Rimzee recruiting A-listers, Giggs, K-Trap, Afro B, Nemzzz, Emile Sande, Maverick Sabre and Tiggs Da Author amongst others. Demonstrating a variety of depth and versatility, it is a project that puts Rimzee firmly in the UK spotlight, a rapper with unmatched lyrical prowess and storytelling capability.

There is no one else in the UK music scene quite like musician and entrepreneur, Rimzee. From his six and half-years absence to the enormous impact his singles, freestyles, and collaborations have made in such a short time, he is a man of many talents. Growing up as the middle child with two brothers, Rimzee was raised on Styles P, Jay Z, Biggie, Wiley, Dizzee, Skepta, and JME. The Hackney native has been rapping as early as thirteen years old and has been through extreme trials and tribulations to get to this point. Cult classics of his include; ‘2010 Freestyle/New York Min Remix’, his debut mixtape ‘Upper Clapton Dreams’ as well as his viral hits ‘Expensive Pain’, ‘G Wagon’ and ‘Split Decisions’.

Music will always be his first love but Rimzee is building his business portfolio daily with other ventures including; a forthcoming restaurant, a property portfolio, a car rental business, and his own record label and recording studio. Most recently he has added acting to his bow by him having a cameo in the popular amazon prime series, ‘Jungle’. Rimzee used his time in prison to grow and found a particular love for reading, specifically self-help books which opened his eyes to the endless opportunities around him. Rimzee likes to surround himself with positive people who share his drive for life and success.

Since its release on October 14th, The ‘Cold Feet’ Mixtape has cemented Rimzee’s position within UK Rap and is currently sitting at 11 in the Official UK Album Chats. Rimzee showcased his work ethic by travelling across the county and visiting twenty-three locations in seven days. He is also taking this project on the road with a four-date ‘Cold Feet’ tour in December, these will be his first-ever headline shows kicking off in Glasgow and culminating at the O2 Academy Islington.
