UK Hip Hop artist Haze just dropped his new album ‘Thinking Out Loud’ alongside the short film he stars in, solely directed by London based director Sheridan de Myers.
….and so the story begins. Based in London on a true story, the project represents the conflict of an artist torn between two worlds. The streets and his passion; aspiring to be a successful artist but having to do whatever it takes to support his dream & his family, which ultimately leads him to making the ultimatum decision.
The film made it’s screen debut on the 11th May alongside GRM Daily who previewed the short film for the first time before it is officially released. This was followed by an all star launch party at the at the world famous W Hotel where Haze treated guests to a private screening of the film.
Ever the revolutionary within music, Haze presents an aesthetic way of bringing visuals and music together with 21 tracks creating the backbone to this fascinating body of work.
The 21-track album takes us through different feeling and emotion and features other hugely respected UK Hip Hop artists such as Akala & Black The Ripper on track ‘Problems,’ J Spades and Whooli on ‘Suttin About Me’, Pakman on ‘Follower Or Leader,’ and Irish soulful singer Maverick Sabre on ‘Made In Love.’ It’s conscious, thought provoking and takes you on a journey.
