Nova and Nottz team up for a two song single, titled, NOVA X NOTTZ, to showcase nova’s high calibre penmanship over Nottz progressive Boom Bap production
Hailing from Columbus, Ohio, Nova continuously looks to further the Hip Hop community in the inconspicuous Mid West hub. His 2015 release, ‘InNOVAte’ set a buzz in motion that was solidified by ‘No Return’ (2016), which was recorded on the road during a coast to coast tour.
Now back with a self titled release, Nova teams up with one of this generations greatest instrumentalist, Nottz, in what is one of the most powerful presentations of Hip Hop this year. Featuring underground legend Blu, along with newcomer L’Mont, this two song single is sure to leave you in anticipation for what is to come.
In an era where creativity is being pushed to extremes, Nova and Nottz team up for a two song single, Blu joins the duo over the heavy hitter ‘No Offense’, where the emcees explicitly reveal the heart and soul of Rap. In ‘Eureka’, Nova takes the podium painting pictures of his world view, accompanied by Nottz’ melodic and gospel drenched soundscape. Singer L’mont provides further depth with an impressive soulful chorus.
