Los Angeles based emcees ethemadassassin and Dawn Gun release ANIMAL INSTINCT, produced by QuakeMobb, from the upcoming EP, BEAR HANDZ Pt. 1: MAGMATIC

‘Animal Instinct’ is the first single off ethemadassassin’s, ‘Bear Handz Pt. 1: Magmatic’ EP, which will be released on May the 14th. The entire project is produced by longtime friends and collaborators, QuakeMobb, out of Raleigh, NC. Featuring Los Angeles (by way of Harlem, NY) emcee Dawn Gun of The Sistem Crew, ‘Animal Instinct,’ is a street homage to Redman and Hurricane G songs from the Golden Era, when Hurricane G would helm the hook with her own brand of in-your-face bravado and verbal middle fingers, while Redman backed up all her talking with hardbody, smack you in the face, bars.

Currently, ethemadassassin is back flying solo and is prepared to make a huge impact in 2018, marked by a release schedule that mirrors his renewed artistic vigor and demonstrates his new outlook on the game as he is geared to release multiple projects this year. In March, ethemadassassin released, ‘Motivations’, an EP (with Atlanta by way of NC by way of Brownsville MC, Luse Kanz, with production helmed by THE WDSMN), and is now following that up with, ‘Bear Handz Pt. 1: Magmatic’, produced by Raleigh, NC production team, QuakeMobb, ‘Magmatic’ is the first part of the 3-part ‘Bear Handz’ EP series, with the title serving as a double entendre to describe the wild lifestyle and manner in which ethemadassassin has acquired everything in life….with his bare/bear hands.

The second and third installments of ‘Bear Handz’ (producedd by Nazar Wonder, and Short FuZe) will be released in June and July of 2018. ethemadassassin will then follow those up with a project helmed by producer/emcee, Diar Lansky and will follow that with a project produced by producer/emcee, Spec (formerly known as Aspect One).
